New Leaf Trust - Working in Partnership

Approximately 250 high risk sex offenders are released into the community in Yorks and Humberside each year. From what is known about the effectiveness of Circles, the majority of these offenders, and the community in which they choose to live, would be very likely to benefit from involvement in a Circles project.

New Leaf Trust operates to the practice guidelines issued by Circles UK. Our staff are all experienced professionals from prisons, probation, police and psychology. Like other accredited Circles providers we adhere to MAPPA protocols and safeguarding procedures.

New Leaf Trust User Group

Our partnership working extends to having our own user group.

We have established the user group to monitor and observe our work.

The user group is consulted on both operational and development issues and is made up of representatives from safeguarding bodies, the police, other professionals and volunteers.
